Okay where do I start? How do you “report” on God? They tried that in the Bible and it was inadequate… all the world couldn’t contain the books. John 21:25 “And there are also many other things which Jesus did, which if they were written in detail, I suppose that even the world itself would not contain the books that would be written.” (On a side note, from what I have heard of the earlier “versions” of what was occurring in Lakeland, the meetings have “morphed” into something considerably different than what it looked like originally…. much like a baby born with a “cone head” as a result of labor… into a precious baby that is looking better with every day!)

“If true unity will come to My Church, someone will have to be offended first!” The Lord spoke that to me in 1988 and indicated that I was about to be willing to be offended in order for Him to move in His Body!

My first impression of what was happening in Lakeland Florida with the meetings that began at Ignited Church and moved to a stadium was quite different than my impression as I have been here these past two days. First let me make it clear, that although many healings and miracles are happening through the internet and TV, it doesn’t hold a candle to what actually is happening in the meetings here, at least the ones I went to.

For several years I have pressed through personally to see the same power that works in third world countries released here in the USA and in the west. I have plowed in many regions and as a result have seen an incredible release of infection that God has been doing in hungry believers everywhere. We have witnessed the blind eyes seeing, the lame walking, people coming out of wheelchairs and off of walkers, and the deaf being healed. We have seen deaf mutes from birth healed, as well as children who were mutes healed. We have seen broken bones healed and steel plates removed from bodies… but we haven’t seen them to the same degree of what we are seeing in these meetings.

Last night there were many many many healed…. they came out of wheelchairs… they heard for the first time… they found themselves free from pain for the first time in years, and many met the “real Jesus” who saves to the uttermost! This morning we were thoroughly blessed as we heard the history of revivals through Church History by Karl Strader who actually had been a part of the Healing Revivals of the 40s & 50’s. He then prayed for all the leadership. This evening was “off the charts”… we worshipped for hours. We prayed… We met God… God showed up…. people came out of wheelchairs… When Papa God touched a paralyzed woman with NO ability to move her legs MOVED her legs as the healing began… and the crowd erupted with joy!

I have heard the naysayers… the ones who want the revival to eclipse all revivals. I want that too! I want 131 million saved in a few years in the USA to match the ratio that occurred in the third Great Awakening with Charles Finney. Sure I want every knee to bow… but I also am no fool and will honor whatever it is that Papa God is doing. People are being healed, set free, overwhelmed, empowered for harvest. Today we were in a restaurant where a young waitress was powerfully impacted by God through various encounters with believers who were infected from the meetings. Do I think we have touched “revival” … I think we are seeing drops that refresh, empower, heal, equip, and charge a very distraught church. We are seeing the commissioning of those who will in fact be the Harvesters in this hour.

It totally blows me away that in the name of not seeing what they want, people reject what He is doing. Duh! Has no one ever heard the statement that Mike Bickle put so eloquently years ago, “God will offend our minds, to reveal our hearts!” I love being offended, it shows me the places of my arrogance and pride. It points out the places where I need His Grace…. It is there that God can begin teaching me a fresh again that this whole thing is not about me and what I think, it’s about Him and whatever He wants to do! I remember MANY meetings where I have been offended. God always used it to produce teachability in me, not to destroy me. I have noticed that the Scriptures are rife with the naysayers… and they ALWAYS are the ones who act like Pharisees and believe they hold the truth better than anyone else. I’ve been there, I’ve done that… but frankly, I am just grateful that Papa God is moving. I love the mess of the stall… it means there is a harvest in the barn!!! Proverbs 14:4

Do I do everything that Todd Bentley does? No. Would I? No, although “Bam” is growing on me! Todd is Todd. He operates according to the power that works in Him, just like I am Danny and I operate according to the power that works in me. I have quirks too. There are things the naysayers don’t like about me too! You can always find something to criticize in anything, finding the vein of gold is the challenge worth the quirk! As John Wimber used to say, when I eat chicken, I spit out the bones… if you don’t want bones, then don’t eat chicken… but chicken can be real good even if you have to pick out the bones! I am grateful that God raised up a Todd Bentley, without a perfect past, with quirks, with tattoos, with different methodology than I am used to…. it helps me grow up, suck it up, and realize God is bigger than my finite pea brain! Humility is intended to make us feel like we have some things to continue to learn!

My personal belief is that Todd is a “starter”… simply someone who started this ball rolling. Now if you think that is hype then I guess you might think that Wesley, Finney, Whitefield, Moody, Roberts, Seymour, Bartleman, Graham ad infinitum also used hype because they did something to initiate reaching people! Is this really where Papa God wants us to be? Does God really want us to simply sit and wait for some “magical” harvest that will begin without anybody doing anything. Even God knows you have to have do something. You have to send somebody to initiate the move that He wants. He sent His Son! His Son spoke. His Son did miracles. His Son did healings. His Son COMMANDED the disciples and early church to DO SOMETHING… in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and the uttermost parts of the earth. Was that hype? Give me a break… Was it hype when the disciples came back from their missions trip and shared about the miracles that occurred? No. Was it the most important thing. No… but it wasn’t hype. It was simply stating reality! Reality is, when God moves, we better speak of it… it is intended to reach the world, not create yet another generation of doubters who fall prey to unbelief. Or didn’t you know that skepticism and unbelief are the enemies tools, and not Gods! The God of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers to the Gospel of GLORY!

On another note. Many of you received a very painful note regarding Paul Cain who spoke last week in the meetings. I don’t know your perspective and really that is not the point of this letter. I am not trying to rally your opinion. We are headed for the “Restoration of all things” (Acts 3:21) where ALL who have fallen will be restored. It amazes me that many would rather condemn (something Jesus didn’t do, and in fact refused to do, though He alone had authority to do so! See John 3:17 & John 8). I have a significant prophetic history with Paul Cain that goes back to 1989 in some meetings in Titusville FL. It permanently affected my life.

Through the years I have watched and noticed that Paul has undergone extreme scrutiny and as a result many who have had no knowledge of circumstances except that which was released through the press and others, rejected him and shook their heads in disgust. The other night Paul referenced the fact that he had been restored. Some caught it, others didn’t. He spoke of it as a “rumor.” In fact we did publicly restore him in our Key Of David Conference in October 2007. He said that some had only heard the rumors, but the rumors that he wasn’t restored were false… Yes, Paul was restored. No, he is not arrogantly stepping back into ministry without having dealt with the past, those allegations were false, and he is walking back in to ministry because he was supposed to walk back in. The Restoration Team have encouraged Paul to go for it again! The statements made in the letter that went out to hundreds of thousands because of forwarding left Paul reeling and devastated by the apparent lack of willingness to move on and release Grace in this hour of God’s outpouring.

Please be in much prayer for him, he needs encouragement… statements that have been reiterated and reiterated to keep him discouraged and unable to move forward in the call of God. It’s time to pull the broken from the caves, not push them back into them. I am fully expecting Paul to function in the fullness of his office just as David operated in the fullness of his office even after he fell… and so many others! Until restoration happens with our fallen, we don’t have the ability to reach or retain the harvest God wants to send our way! All of us must make it through. We are the family of God, none of us more valued than the other; none less needed than the other. We fall. We get up, and hopefully it is the Body who is helping us up. It is so important that we move into whatever it is that God has for us… all of us!

On October 6, 2005 I had an three hour visitation with Jesus in a hotel room in Idaho where He told me about this restoration that was coming. My daughters who had been taken six years earlier were nowhere to be found at the time. It was then that He spoke to me that I would see my daughters return to me as a sign that this restoration had begun. On 2-2-2(06), my girls returned, and I began seeing God set up this Restoration that will result in a true manifestation of the Glorious Bride of Christ. I believe that Papa God is going to release this restoration on the earth that is going to truly reveal the “Grace” of Jesus on His Body! We must have grace… we must extend grace… we must purpose to overwhelm each other with grace, that the world will know we are Christians by our love… not by our theological purity, not by our signs and wonders, but by our love for one another. We must eclipse the love of the first century church… we must press in to maturity, so the Body can be fitly “joined” together.

I commend Todd Bentley for taking the high road and realizing that the vision God gave to Paul Cain of the stadiums being filled was a piece of the release that God was doing here. That needed to happen, and it should absolutely happen throughout the country and world as God moves! It is fear that fear that moves us to hide behind doctrine without living out grace. It’s time to live out grace and let perfect love cast away fear. Tonight and tomorrow Bob Jones, a dear father to me personally, and one who spoken many things into my life, will also be here in Lakeland at the meetings in the Civic Center.

I encourage you to come “get some” in Florida. At the very least, you who are hungry will be filled… at the greatest… you and those you touch will carry this fire to all nations and all generations throughout the earth… until every knee bows!

How much for this Gospel, today?

For too long my body has charged for that which I have freely given to them.

My brothers, do not practice your faith in our glorious Lord Jesus Christ by showing partiality. Suppose a man wearing gold rings and fine clothes comes into your assembly, and a poor man in dirty clothes also comes in. If you give special attention to the man wearing fine clothes and say, “Please take this seat,” but you say to the poor man, “Stand over there” or “Sit on the floor at my feet,” you have made false distinctions among yourselves and have become judges with evil motives, haven’t you?
Listen, my dear brothers! God has chosen the poor in the world to become rich in faith and to be heirs of the kingdom that he promised to those who love him, has he not? But you have humiliated the man who is poor. James 2:1-6

There are many in the body who the Father has given the vision of being a financial river. Receive the vision and let there be a breakout of His financial anointing. Because God has said that His word and His anointing WILL NOT BE SOLD. He has allowed it in the past in your conferences, your teaching times because of your lack of faith. But now His body will no longer charge for His anointing, His word, His presence. It is His Kingdom and it is His good pleasure to provide all, all, more than all for the expansion of His reign throughout the world. Let the call go forth

Florida – Revival or Renewal?

This is not something to get all in a bind about. It just allows us to set our expectations.

Definitions:
Renewal – Generally an internal work on the body of Christ by the Holy Spirit. It is inward facing, the body of Christ being touched, filled, overcome by the Father’s move. Expressed in an outpouring of His Spirit. May focus on particular expression of the Father bringing different aspects of the Father into focus and re-release. Examples would be the Reformation with “Justified by grace”, Azusa Street with Holy Spirit, Healing moves in this century, release of Prophets and Apostles, etc… Focus is to establish fuller presence of Kingdom (reign) of God in His church, in His body.

Revival – Generally an external work through the power of the Holy Spirit touching the unsaved. It is outward facing to reach outside the walls to those who don’t know Him in order to bring the Kingdom on them. Examples would be the Welsh revival, etc. Focus is to bring the presence of Kingdom (reign) of God to those who don’t know Jesus.

I believe the current happenings in Florida and spreading through the rest of the world are basically Renewal leading to Revival. Todd Bentley has multiple times spoken that one of the purposes he sees for what is happening is for people to come from everywhere and receive an impartation to carry back to their homes, their cities, their churches. The Father is pouring out a new anointing manifested by impartation. This, I believe, is the focus of what the Father is doing right now. The signs and wonders are to pull and attract the church to seek the Lord and receive impartation. The people who are coming to the Lord via the current move are a side effect of anytime that the Father moves but in this move they are not the primary purpose of His outpouring.

The primary purpose of this move is to impart the Father’s love, Kingdom rule, presence, encouragement, empowerment, raise up… in order for the body to move among the people. Then when the revival comes it will be His body going out to the fields with the Father’s love, Kingdom, power. And it may have many stadiums and places filled with people but the ministry will be individual. It will be poured out on men and women and sons and daughters who will in turn bring the Kingdom (reign) of the one they Love to the streets, to their neighbor, to the Wal-Mart, the McDonalds, the Mall.

The days are going to come, declares the LORD, when the one who plows will catch up to the one who harvests, and the one who stomps on grapes will catch up to the one who plants. New wine will drip from the mountains and flow from all the hills.

Amos 9:13

Florida Revival — God or ???

This is not the first time this has happened.

“…many signs and wonders were done among the people… And believers were increasingly added to the Lord, multitudes of both men and women, so that they brought the sick out into the streets and laid them on beds and couches, that at least the shadow of Peter passing by might fall on some of them. Also a multitude gathered from the surrounding cities to Jerusalem, bringing sick people and those who were tormented by unclean spirits, and they were all healed.

Then the religious people rose up… and were filled with indignation.” Acts 5:12 - 17)

To those who are uncomfortable and … perhaps indignant, I say:

“take heed to yourselves what you intend to do regarding these men…for if this plan or this work is of men, it will come to nothing; but if it is of God, you cannot overthrow it — lest you even be found to fight against God.” Acts 5:35 — 39

Revival

The start and beginning of revival is a person, a people who seek His face, who can’t go another step without Him. He searches the earth for that person, that people who seek Him, who must have His face. Then His hand brings salvation, His hand brings clean robes, His hand washes clean. The revival we seek is a response to our longing for Him. He does not seek a clean vessel, He seeks a person, a people who long for His face like He longs for theirs. These are the ones who He can then make clean vessels by His hand.

There are many, many, most who come seeking His hand and He will provide. Yet there are a few who come seeking His face. Oh that they would seek His face. This is a call that as you go you would go to seek His face, His countenance, to behold the beauty of His radiant face which is towards you.

When we seek the Fathers hand we will see effect. When we seek His face we will see cause. As the Father begins moving this revival across the World, each place, each manifestation may be different. If we are seeking his hand and seeing effect we may miss what He is doing because the effect will differ. But seeking His face we will see the cause and that will not differ.

Kingdom Entertainment

I have heard it said that much of what the church does today is “entertainment”. That troubles me for 2 reasons:

One — It is a disparaging remark and I have come to see that most disparaging remarks aren’t necessarily of the Spirit. So I am disappointed when brothers and sisters make disparaging remarks about something I love.

Two – Is it true? Are we just doing actions but not doing and being what the Father wanted?

What the Spirit showed me was that yes this comment is true but not in the spirit that it is generally given.

Entertainment = Enter into attainment of His presence.

In Samuel 6:14-21 David danced with all his might and Michal watched him and thought he was just doing entertainment. She was thinking how the people perceived his dancing. Her eyes were not on God but on man. David admitted to entertainment but his eyes were on Abba. His dancing was entertainment unto the Lord.

Then I was brought in my spirit back to when I was little, maybe 5 or 6, and the neighborhood children put on a play for our parents on the front porch. We dressed up in costumes and had our parts and I don’t even remember what the play was about. But I remember bowing at the end and receiving the applause and seeing the appreciation in the eyes of my parents. I also remembered when I was even younger and putting my head down and attempting to roll over. “Look at me Daddy, Look at me Mommy” And I remember running up to them with a hand full of wilted flowers and giving it to them and basking in their joy of my gift.

Daddy, Momma, Let me entertain you – Let me bring you joy by showing you what I can do…Let me bask in your loving gaze. Look Daddy, Abba, I want to play in your presence.

You see it all depends on your perspective, who you are looking to entertain?

At that time the disciples came to Jesus and said, “Who then is greatest in the kingdom of heaven?” And He called a child to Himself and set him before them, and said, “Truly I say to you, unless you are converted and become like children, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven. “Whoever then humbles himself as this child, he is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.”

Rep’ing the Kingdom

A few days ago on the news there was a major traffic jam in the mountains of Colorado. The news showed pictures of all the cars stopped completely. But in the middle of it all, the newscaster pointed out a car with a large can attached to the top. This car wasn’t the same as the other cars. It was a car representing an energy drink. The people in the car were representing that drink to the world. They were out of their car going to the other cars and giving cans of the energy drink away to each person.

Reminded me of Jesus with the crowds. He gave away gracelets of the Kingdom — Healing the sick, casting out demons, raising the dead and preaching the gospel to the poor. Then when he left he gave us the responsibility to give away the same gracelets of the Kingdom.

And these signs shall follow those that believe: In my name they shall cast out demons; they shall speak with new tongues; they shall take away serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands upon the sick, and they shall be healed. Mark 16:17-18

Truly I say to you, He who puts his faith in me will do the very works which I do, and he will do greater things than these, because I am going to my Father. John 14:12

We are representative of our Father Yahweh and His Kingdom. We may not look or act like everyone else but we go from person to person giving tastes or gracelets of the Kingdom that they may all see and taste and know that the Kingdom is good and want more.

“Oh taste and see that the Lord is good” Psalm 34:8

Is what you are giving away something that the people you come around will truly want more of?

Or are you just giving philosophy with Jesus name in it?

“for the kingdom of God isn’t just talk but power” 1 Corinthians 4:20

The Kingdom Throne Room Interpretation.

Read the vision below this first then this interpretation will make sense.

Of course the great throne room is where God, Yahweh, is enthroned. Where his presence is.

Everyone entering the throne room is his. They are all “Christians”, the saved; they have their tickets punched.

Outside the throne room is the world, the daily places we walk.

The dignitaries, emissaries, and warriors entering through the great doors are those who have known the great king. But they enter the throne room based on their robes, their anointing, their battles, their deeds, their roles, and their titles. The great King perhaps gave the robes they wear, but now they have become their robes. The great King perhaps gave the roles and titles they stand in, but now they are their roles and their titles. The great King perhaps gave the armor and swords they have, but now they are their armor and their swords wielded with their understanding. It has all become theirs, their justification, the things that give them “right” to enter the throne room.

They don’t have close relationship with the King that they give obeisance to so they go only so close to him. The things they wear weigh them down. They accept the Kings robes, the Kings armor, the Kings swords but not directly from the King because they have ceased to look directly to Him. They no longer look to His face but they are looking at each others robes, armor, weapons….They get their affirmation from each other.

When they leave the throne room they are still carrying their stuff but now they have the additional things the King has provided, but placed on top of their stuff it all becomes weighty. So they return to the world burdened.

The children that come in are those who come to the throne room of their father washed by the water of the Word, dripping with the Holy Spirit. They come with nothing to offer except their joy in their Father. Their desire is to draw close to Him, hear His heart beat, know the warmth of His love, and look into His face, His eyes.

He provides all the covering they need. He provides all the armor they need. He provides all the weapons they need. All suited exactly for each one of them. He whispers the name only He knows to each of them and tells each of His Love and what He has for them to do.

They climb down and those who are there on their own basis think that they are just nice but don’t believe they have the power, the knowledge, the presence that they do. But then the children go out with nothing but what their Father has provided.

And they become what the Father has proclaimed – His warriors who go forth with His power and His Word to shake the powers of the earth and bring their Father’s kingdom.

The Kingdom Throne Room

I saw a great throne room with 2 large golden doors at one end and on the other end up a series of steps was a great throne. The 2 doors would be opened and what appeared to be dignitaries and emissaries and warriors would come and go from the world into the great throne room. They were clothed in various robes and armors and weapons. Robes of many colors, great swords, and heavy armor, everything worn had a bit of wear, not as bright as perhaps it once was. They entered and bowed low and did obeisance to the throne. Some stood at the bottom of the steps some climbed the steps. And the one who sat on the throne would command servants from the left or the right to come and give them robes and swords and armor, many things. They would turn and leave out the great doors carrying the things given to them by the great King. Their robes and armor and swords and the ones given by the great King. And they looked much the same as when they came in as they went out.

But all of a sudden from the side of the throne, out from the curtains, comes a giggle, then a peal of laughter. The great King raises his hand to everyone in the throne room for silence. He looks to the side and smiles and laughs and then, scampering onto the very highest step right up to the throne comes His children. Some are in little bathrobes, some don’t have anything on at all, and they all look like they are fresh from a bath, dripping water all across the throne room floor. They climb on his lap and giggling look into his face, and He holds them close to his heart so that they hear his heart beat and know the warmth of his love. Then He takes clothing from His throne and He dresses them. Fine linens, wonderful colors, bright, shining. Then he takes what appears to be little armor just their size and puts it on them and He takes little swords just their size and gives them to each of His children.

And the whole room smiles and remarks how cute His children look in their little clothes and their little armor and their little swords. The great King whispers to each of them and they smile and each one gets down from the great King’s knee and crosses the throne room towards the great doors. And they walk through the great doors and the room is hushed and there is a gasp that goes up, because as each child crosses the doorway to go outside the walls of the throne room a marvelous thing happens. The children appear no longer small but are great and powerful. The children’s clothing becomes great flowing robes of light and colors. The armor expands to cover them from the crowns of their heads to the soles of their feet. The swords grow and become great and fierce weapons. When they set their feet down the ground shakes and lightning flashes and peals of thunder go forth.
